While we do our best to get your order in your hands as quickly as possible, the COVID-19 pandemic is still causing occasional delays beyond the stated delivery times so we are unable to guarantee delivery dates. Yes, we can accommodate shipping to PO boxes.
If your address is in Canada, all taxes and duties are included in your order total. For customers in the US, taxes and duties may be collected locally, which Amalusta is not responsible for.
Yes! We don’t include any pricing info with our shipments.
Returns and Exchanges
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, we want you to love your Amalusta products! If for any reason you don’t, or you received a damaged or incorrect shipment, please contact us at email@example.com within 30 days of receiving your order and we will be glad to help.
If you accidentally placed an order or need to make a change, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible with “CHANGE ORDER” or “CANCEL ORDER” in the subject line. Once your order has shipped we cannot make a change, but if it hasn’t shipped we will make every effort to accommodate your changes.
